10-Day Return Policy: You have a 10-day window after receiving your item to request a return.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Upon receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order is dispatched. This notification will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Time: Anticipate a delivery period ranging from 5 to 15 business days for approximately 90% of orders.

Shipping Delays: Due to an increased volume of orders received over the past week, there may be a slight delay in the shipment process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Status: If you haven't received your order within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at, providing your full name and order number. We will promptly investigate the matter on your behalf.

Refunds and Reshipping: Please note that all sales are final, and we are not responsible for issues caused by postal services.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and examine your return, we will send you an email to inform you of its status. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied within a few days to the original credit card or payment method.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. However, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Order cancellation is not possible for orders that have already been shipped.
